Announcements for Friday, October 20, 2023

  • Representatives from Eureka College will be visiting during lunch today, any student interested in learning more about their programs are encouraged to visit and ask questions.

  • The Junior High Student Council will be hosting a Fall/ Halloween Dance tonight from 6-8pm. Admission is $3 if you wear a costume or $5 without. Any LWJH student is welcome. However, students that have received a detention, suspension, or are failing a class will not be able to attend. 

  • Lunch Menu: Pancake sausage wrap, hash browns, applesauce, orange juice 

  • Maroon and Gold Sports Corner: Congratulations to the high school volleyball team on their win versus Midland last night! They begin regional play against Roanoke Benson on Monday in Henry at 6:00pm. Good luck to the cross country team as they begin their regionals tomorrow at Donovan in the Peoria Notre Dame regional.
