There will be a junior high STEAM club meeting during lunch today in Mrs. Spurgeon’s room. Students should get their lunch and take it to her classroom. 

Next week during lunch Student Council will be taking orders for carnations that will be handed out on Valentine's Day. See them at lunch next week for more information. 4th and 5th grade students who would like to order carnations, please see Ms. Tolbert before or after school next week. 

High school class games will be Friday, January 19th. All high schoolers who haven’t received a detention this quarter will be able to participate.

Homecoming tickets will be for sale during lunch the week of January 16th-19th. If you are planning to bring a date from another school, you will need to have a form filled out and returned to the office by Thursday, January 18th. 

Junior high - don’t forget to wear your Den colors tomorrow for more points. Also…here is a hint for this weeks challenge:

• Write them one by one; Arrange them correctly, Have your captain report, and the 100 points you’ve won!

Lunch Menu: Pepperoni pizza, lettuce salad, peaches and a cookie

Maroon and Gold Sports Corner: High school girls basketball has an away game against Midland at 5:30pm, the bus leaves at 4:40pm. Eighth grade boys basketball has a conference game at Fieldcrest, the bus will be leaving at 6:00pm.
