Picture day is Wednesday, September 11th, don’t forget to bring your order form.

Anyone interested in junior high speech this year should stop by and pick up a permission slip from Mrs. Sullivan.  There will be a meeting today after school to pick out scripts.  If you are unable to attend, you can set up another time with Mrs Sullivan.  

Junior high volleyball open gym for 6th through 8th grade girls begins Wednesday, September 18th, from 6:00 to 7:30pm in the high school gym. Please check the website calendar for additional dates

Lunch: Chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and peaches 

Maroon and Gold Sports Corner: Junior high baseball has a home game against Roanoke-Benson at 4:15. Congratulations to the girls volleyball team for their 5th place finish and finishing with a win in the consolation bracket at the Blue Ridge Invitational Tournament on Saturday. After taking Hoopston to 3 sets, the Wildcats defeated DeLand 13-25, 25-21 and 15-12 and then beat Calvary Christian 26-18, 24-26, 15-12. Congratulations also to Livie Beltrama for being selected by the coaches to the All Tournament team at this weekend's tournament in Blue Ridge. Well deserved and great job representing Lowpoint Washburn!
