Salad bar will be available on Wednesday, October 2nd. If interested, make sure and sign up that morning. 

The JH Student Council is hosting a Fall/ Halloween dance on Friday, October 18th, from 6-8pm. Please see the flyers in the hallway for more details. 

For any 6-8 grade student interested in auditioning for or helping with the play there will be an informational meeting during lunch on Wednesday 10/2. Students should get their lunch and go to Mrs. Spurgeon's room. 

There will be an informational meeting in the library during lunch tomorrow for any high school girl who is interested in playing basketball. 

Congratulations to the following students for being selected as the September high school students of the month: Claire Peterson, Kendall Laible, Livie Beltramea, and Drew DeWalt. Thank you for your dedication to LWHS and for being responsible, kind, and respectful students. We appreciate you!

Seniors - Jostens will be here to pick up your graduation orders on Thursday, October 3rd, before school at 7:45 in the all purpose room next to the weight room. Please make sure you bring your order in that morning. Extra packets are available in the office.

Lunch: Popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and peaches

Maroon and Gold Sports Corner: Junior high girls basketball has an away game against Flanagan at 5:30, the bus leaves at 4:15. Congratulations to the volleyball team for their 3rd place finish at the Flanagan Cornell Tournament this weekend.  After finishing second in their pool with wins over U-High and Cornerstone Christian, they defeated Woodland in the 3rd place game in 3 sets: 19-25, 25-8 and 25-18.
