Congratulations to yesterday's prize ticket winners, broccoli is the only vegetable that is also classified as a flower. Today's question is : Which marine animals hold hands in their sleep to prevent drifting apart? Send your guess to Mr. Robison. Prize tickets are the only way you have a chance to win a large prize at post prom. Answering trivia questions and participating in spirit week enter you to win the bigger prizes.  

Today is the last day to buy a ticket to prom and post prom. Prom tickets are $40 for seniors and $50 for all other guests. All post prom tickets are $25. Doors will open for prom at 6:00 p.m at Timber Ridge in Lacon. Prom Premier will begin at 6:30, dinner is from 7:00-8:00, dancing is from 8:00-11:00 and post prom will be at the high school from midnight to 5am.

Lunch: Corn dog, baked beans, carrots with ranch, pineapple and a jello cup

Maroon and Gold Sports Corner: High school girls track has a meet in Gibson City at 4:30, the bus leaves at 2:00. High school JV baseball has a home game against Putnam County at 4:30, the bus leaves at 3:20.
